Therapy

A little bit ago, I was sad.
Then I did:
-100 Kettlebell swings
-50 Snatches
-100 Squats
with a 50-pound kettlebell.
Now I feel much much better.

Thoughts.
Insignificant thoughts.
Unorganized insignificant thoughts.
I’m full of them.
Today, and the past FEW days, I’ve been thinking about women.
I like to believe that I’m an interesting person.
However I can’t think of one interesting thing about me.
The women I’m attracted to are VERY interesting.
And, of course, they’re all very very pretty.
These women that I talk to and think about, they are all very unique.
But they DO have one thing very much in common, they keep BUSY.
I’ve figured out that pretty women are always busy.
Especially the ones that have grown up in a very privileged lifestyle.
They also have the most problems (in their minds).
For the most part, they always feel bored.
But I think that’s because they’ve done so much interesting shit, and have gotten close to the most interesting people.
Without letting it slide by, everyday mundane shit annoys the hell out of them.
I like to believe that I’m an interesting person.
Too bad I’m full of unorganized insignificant thoughts.

Sunshine once again…

It’s been about a month since leaving the U.S. Air Force.
Haven’t felt as free as I do now in a long time.
Only thing I’m missing is a girl to share some nice vibes with.
Day and night.
This is weird.
I’ve always been telling myself that I want a girlfriend.
At this point, I just want a girl to press some warmth against mine.
AND I’M NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT SEX.

Current weight: 182lbs.
Goal weight: 165lbs.

I’ve been out of the U.S. Air Force for about two weeks now.
Here’s what I’ve been doing.
